As a life-long learner and entrepreneurial leader of change, Elisabeth’s 30+ years expertise and experience in leadership, organisation development, and in leading large scale change in Healthcare, Local Government, and globally through her World Leadership Day initiative, has given her a deep understanding of the opportunities, challenges and harsh realities of political and global leadership. 

Elisabeth is the Founder and Director of Politics at Ground Zero and E.E.G. Coaching Pty. She is  an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach with in excess of 5000 hours of coaching.  Her tertiary qualifications include MBA, BEd.
